The staff was courteous, the room was modern with AC and air con, for example. A shower and bath sheets was a plus. The location was good for exploring this wonderful area, next to the center, the main square and ADO bus terminal and lake front. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake...

The room was new-fashioned with a comfy bed. The location was unbeatable and marvellous, really close to the lagoon and the center of town. Spent our evenings in nearby Pizzeria Bertilla enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Came here for 2 nights with my dogs, had a very pleasant stay. Booked double room with a comfy bed. The location on the outer edges of town was good and decent. Places like Cenote de la Bruja were at a short distance from from here too.

Location: the hotel was near the lagoon and town. And it's relatively near Pinooohcho, ate there once or twice.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Bacalar. The room I stayed in was very spacious, up to date, and extremely clean. The pictures on the website didn't do it justice. The bed was comfortable, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything tidy. The owners were very helpful and even booked a Lagoon tour for me. I also appreciated that they offered bike rentals, which made exploring the area a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality and value for money.

The staff were super nice and helpful throughout our stay. They even went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. Plus, they offered great kayaking tours, which we thoroughly enjoyed. it was a fantastic experience.
While our stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The wifi wasn't working very well, which made it difficult to stay connected.
